Alicia Zeiter, 52, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, August 26th.
There will be a viewing at Hooper and Weaver Friday, Sept 4th from 10 AM to 4 PM.There will be a Rosary on Friday evening at 8PM at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Grass Valley. Alicia’s funeral mass and burial will be private.
Alicia was born on October 30th, 1967 to Robert and Michelle Burgest. She received a full scholarship to the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California and graduated there after making a study abroad program in Japan. She married Philip Zeiter in 1996. Alicia and Phil have seven children whom she loved and raised with great passion and warmth. Her interest and activities centered around her family which was most precious to her.
Alicia was cherished by her husband and children and all who were blessed with her friendship. She was known to light up any room she entered and bring peace and consolation to the poor and outcast. She was an inspiration of God’s love and compassion to all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband Philip Zeiter and her children, Tyler, Zachary, Christia, Ali, Joseph, Michael, and Mariana; parents Bob and Michelle Burgest; siblings Robbie, Stephanie, and Jimmy.
She was preceded in death by her Uncle Donnie and Aunt Mary.
She will be greatly missed, please pray for her to enter paradise in short order to enjoy the love and peace of God for all eternity.
