Peggy Louise D’Arata went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 7, 2021. She passed peacefully with her family by her side. She was 63 years old.
Peggy was born September 6, 1958 in Sacramento, California, to Robert and Betty McCormack. Peggy loved all of the time she was able to spend with her Mother Betty, on their weekly outings together. Peggy was raised in Elk Grove, California where she spent most of her time with her siblings Jessica, Robin, Wanda, Elwin, Claudia, and countless cousins. Peggy spent much of her free time with her best friend Debi, making many cherished and sacred memories. Peggy had special relationships with her nieces Carrie, Tricia, Kathy, Tonya, Becky, Amanda, and their precious children and their children as well. Peggy loved her church friends and spoke very often of their many laughs that were had.
Peggy wanted nothing more than to be a happy, devoted wife, and loving mother and she accomplished just that in her time here on earth. She met the love of her life, Ed, in 1988 and they lived a happy, peaceful life sharing 31 years together as husband and wife. They had two children, Crystal and Chris, and loved them unconditionally. Their grandchildren Shey, Hayden, Parker, Kenadee, Xander and Great Grandchild Delilah brought a sparkle to her eye.
Peggy has gone to be with her father Robert, sister Claudia, sister Robin, brother Elwin, and Grandson Hunter.
