Mike Putnam, age 67, died unexpectedly at home on March 26, 2022. He was married to Krista for 44 years.

He was born September 9, 1954 to Mary and Harold Putnam in Yuma, Arizona. He was a life-long resident of Grass Valley, attending Hennessey Elementary School and then Nevada Union, graduating with the Class of 1972. Then he went to Hansen Brothers Enterprises to work doing what he loved best, working in the field with equipment and estimating. He worked with them for 25+ years. He retired and worked part-time for Ed and Dan Rossovich at their business in Auburn USC Supply/DCI doing estimating until he passed.

He leaves behind his 99 year old mother Mary Putnam, brother Merrill Putnam, wife Krista, son Steven, daughter-in-law Jennifer and grandkids Austin and Makena.

He loved traveling, fishing, golf and NASCAR and doing community service with the Grass Valley Host Lions.
