Delores Fay Fountain

Delores Fay Fountain passed away surrounded by family at home on Friday, Sept. 9, 2022. She was 93.
A celebration of life will be conducted at the Grace Bible Church of Cedar Ridge, 11452 Brunswick Dr., Grass Valley, at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022.
Delores was born on April 5, 1929, in Quincey, to Jessie ad Louis Frey. She was raised in Wilton. She married Ernest Fountain on July 2, 1949, and they moved to Sacramento to raise her children, and care for other children. They moved to Grass Valley in 1974, to spend the rest of their lives here.
She enjoyed her church and bible studies, gardening, and being a member of the Road Runner Travel Club.
She will be missed by all.
She is survived by her daughters Teresa Fountain; Mary (Steve) Boettcher; and Lorraine Kilpatrick; and son, Ernest (Maureen-Sarah) Fountain.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Louis Frey; and husband, Ernest Fountain.
