Mark “Moe” Thoman passed away December 26, 2022. He was 62.
A celebration of life will be held in the spring.
Moe was born in Redwood City, California, to Neil and Dorothy Thoman. He attended school in Los Gatos and served 30 years in the Airforce as an aircraft mechanic. During his career he traveled the world and served during three campaigns. Moe loved serving his country and made many lifelong friends. In 2001, he married Tess.
Throughout his life he loved working on classic cars, as he believed they needed “Moe Power.” He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and over his lifetime he enjoyed restoring antiques with his parents. Moe always saw the good in life. He loved hearing and telling a good story while sharing a cold beer with family and friends. He will always be deeply missed.
Moe is survived by his wife Montesa; Mother Dorothy Thoman; sons Damon and Lakoda; Daughter-in-law Crystal; Grandsons Oliver and Jasper; and sisters Donna and Leslie. He is preceded in death by his father Neil Thoman.
