On Wednesday, August 28, 2024 Jill Colette Tremewan, a ray of beauty and source of gentle love to many passed away at the age of 63.

Jill was born on February 17, 1961 in Vallejo, California to Robert and Jodean Roy.

On October 4, 1980 Jill married her high school sweetheart and lifelong love, Scott Tremewan. Together, they raised three sons Chris, Kyle and Jordan.

Jill was best known for her contagious smile and her cheerful personality. She had a way of brightening every room she walked into with her vibrant energy. She was a creative soul, having turned almost anything into a piece of art. She spent countless hours transforming her yards into masterpieces. She was a talented painter and a fabulous cook.

She also loved to sing and dance but what she loved most was her family. Life was at it’s best when she was surrounded by the people she loved. She felt pride in watching her boys become fathers and giving her the opportunity to be the best grammie they could ask for.

In Jill’s eyes, there was no such thing as too many flowers or too much chocolate. There was always more space on a shelf for a fabulous trinket and the walls were made to be adorned with an abundance of lovely portraits. There was always extra room for another bracelet on her wrist and somehow, she managed to have more rings than fingers.

Jill is preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Jamie Allison.

She is survived by her dedicated husband, Scott who stood by her side and nurtured her throughout her battle with Alzheimer’s disease. In addition, siblings: Mike, Joey, Vicki, Jayne, Don, Susan, her sons and their wives: Chris and Jessica, Kyle and Amber, Jordan and Kim along with seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to Hospice of the Foothills, who compassionately offered their care to Jill.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, October 5th at 11:00 a.m. at Simple Truth in Grass Valley.
