Mary Booth passed away peacefully at home in Nevada City on Tuesday, October 6th.
A memorial service will be held at the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Nevada City on Wednesday, October 14th at 11:30 a.m., and a family graveside service to follow at New Elm Ridge Cemetery in Grass Valley.
Mary was born to Willard and Lorraine Bradley on June 16, 1943 in San Carlos, CA. She graduated from Menlo Atherton High School in Menlo Park in 1961. She married James Booth on July 30, 1965, and their 55 year adventure together began.

Mary was a wonderful wife, mom, grandmother, and friend, who loved all things family. Mary loved volunteering for school activities and field trips, and was often found warming the ble
achers, cheering on her children’s athletic events. She was also an active traveler visiting Germany, Italy, France, England, Hong Kong, and the United States. Mary enjoyed filling her time with needlework, genealogy, crafting, and gardening.
Mary is survived by her husband James Booth, son David Booth of Lolo MT, daughter Shelly Caulkins of Davis, sister Sara Finn of Guerneville, and brother Daniel Bradley of Flat Rock NC, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
