Anne loved Grass Valley and loved her homes there. Her wish was to spend her final days in her home and her wish was granted. Always the gracious hostess, she welcomed many guests over the years, making sure everyone was comfortable and well fed, supplying lots of fun, love and laughter. Anne loved her pets and always had at least one dog along with cats, plus horses, chickens, bees and bovine at various times.
Anne’s professional accomplishments included many years as an executive secretary with Philco-Ford in Newport Beach, and the Santa Ana School District. Later Anne applied her administrative skills to real estate with husband, Woodrow A Seabaugh, as agents and brokers, and were instrumental in developing several properties in Grass Valley. Anne also served many years with the Order of the Eastern Star. She held
many positions, including Worthy Matron. Anne was the last of the “blue-eyed Doheny clan” to say good bye to all who loved her. Anne is survived by daughter Phyllis, son-in-law Dr. Vincent Licata, three grandchildren, one great granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews. Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow A Seabaugh, son, Glen, three brothers and seven sisters.
