New Elm Ridge Cemetery
Established in the 1900s, Elm Ridge Cemetery became New Elm Ridge Cemetery in the 1940s, when a lawn section with endowment care was developed.
Today, this cemetery boasts a new section shaded by huge oak trees and the vibrant color of dogwood trees in the heart of downtown Grass Valley and offers a large selection of ground burial plots for caskets or urns. A new cremation niche has been added to the New Elm Ridge landscape. It is a peaceful place to say a last farewell during funeral services for a family member or friend.
