Direct Cremation Package $1,985.00
(Excluding cremation container and urn)
- Transfer of decedent to mortuary, available 24-hours within 15-mile radius
- Refrigeration, up to 72 hours
- Cremation on-site at Hooper & Weaver, completed without witness
- No funeral service
- Coordination of the above by Funeral Director and staff
Cremation with Viewing Package $2,325.00
(Excluding cremation container and urn)
- Transfer of decedent to mortuary, available 24-hours within 15-mile radius
- Refrigeration, up to 72 hours
- Sanitizing care, setting of features, combing hair
- Use of viewing room for up to one hour
- No funeral service
- Cremation on-site at Hooper & Weaver, completed without witness
- Coordination of the above by Funeral Director and staff
Cremation with Memorial Service Package $2,670.00
(Excluding cremation container and urn)
- Transfer of decedent to mortuary, available 24-hours within 15-mile radius
- Refrigeration, up to 72 hours
- Sanitizing care, setting of features, combing hair
- Use of viewing room for up to one hour
- Hosting, coordination and supervision of memorial service at Hooper & Weaver
- Cremation on-site at Hooper & Weaver, completed without witness
- Coordination of the above by Funeral Director and staff
- Memorial tribute book, 50 service folders and 25 acknowledgement cards
Minimum Burial Package $3,190.00
(excluding casket)
- Transfer of decedent to mortuary, available 24-hours within 15-mile radius

- Dressing and casketing of decedent
- No funeral service
- Transfer of decedent to designated cemetery by utility vehicle within 15-mile radius
- Burial, at the convenience of the funeral home, completed without witness.

Basic Burial Package without Visitation $3,625.00

- Transfer of decedent to mortuary, available 24-hours within 15-mile radius
- Refrigeration, up to 72 hours
- Dressing and casketing of decedent
- Funeral coach transportation to designated cemetery within 15-mile radius
- Memorial tribute book, 50 service folders and 25 acknowledgement cards
- Use of equipment and staff for graveside service

Traditional Burial Package $4,490.00
(excluding casket)
- Transfer of decedent to mortuary, available 24-hours within 15-mile radius

- Embalming, cosmetology and hairdressing
- Dressing and casketing of decedent
- Use of facilities and staff for visitation, available weekdays from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Deluxe memorial book, 100 service folders and 50 acknowledgement cards
- Funeral coach transportation to designated cemetery within 15-mile radius
- Use of equipment and staff for graveside service
- Burial, following graveside service, completed without witness
- Coordination of the above by Funeral Director and staff
